Returns & Exchange Policy
- Eligible Criteria for Return & Replacement
a) Receiving of damaged and defective goods: If received item is physically damaged in side of completely closed courier packet. Item will be fully replaceable for the damages like ripped and hole in clothe.
b) Wrong Color or complete color variance: If wrong and completely change color item found inside the bags, item will be fully replaceable and returnable.
- Non Eligible Criteria for Return & Replacement
a) Color variance upto 10%: While placing an order customers are advised keep in mind some minor variation in color. A 10% variation in shade is considered as normal. Color variation also occurs in picture due to various monitor configurations & light effects used during photography. Sometimes slight variation in work can also occur)
b) Item sold in combo packs, sets and in wholesale: Item purchased in combo pack and any single item belongs to a complete/matched dress will not be replaced and returned. Item purchased in wholesale will also not to be replaced and returned.
- Terms & Conditions:
a) Do not accept courier if found opened and ripped packet by courier agency.
b) For replacement item must be unused, unaltered, not customized and with their original tags.
c) Item cover or brand packaging must be intact.
d) Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
e) Replacement will be made basis availability of that item in the website.
- Returned and Replacement Procedure:
a) A complaint has to be made within 48 hours of receiving the goods by email with subject “complaint” or by login in user account in weddingmatt.com.
b) You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the day you received it.
c) To be eligible for a return, you must fulfill above mentioned “Terms & Conditions”.
d) Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notified you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status and will provide you a offer for your choice as given below;
I. Replace defective goods immediately free of charge.
II. Returned your amount.
III. Offer you a credit note in the form of a gift coupon of same amount.
e) For replacement of good you have to courier it within 7 calendar days by courier to our Delhi office address.
f) For return the amount: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days; depending on your card issuer’s policies (A minimum amount of Bank transaction Charge will be deducted).
g) For Credit note: we will provide you a Gift Coupon of same amount for your future purchase with the weddingmatt.com.
- 5. Payment Refund: If client paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 7 working days.

Merchant reviewed time will be 48 hours after receiving the damaged product from customer and merchant will be delivered the replacement of product with in 12 Days.
